পদের উদ্দেশ্য
মেডিকেল টেকনোলজিস্ট (ল্যাব) ল্যাবরেটরির সকল পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা সঠিক ও নির্ভুলভাবে সম্পন্ন করা, রোগীর নমুনা সংগ্রহ, রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত এবং ল্যাবের মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।

প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ
• রোগীর রক্ত, প্রস্রাব ও অন্যান্য নমুনা সংগ্রহ করা।
• বায়োকেমিস্ট্রি, হেমাটোলজি ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় ল্যাব টেস্ট পরিচালনা করা।
• পরীক্ষার ফলাফল সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
• ল্যাবরেটরির যন্ত্রপাতি, রিএজেন্ট ও উপকরণ সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
• মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ (Quality Control) ও জীবাণুমুক্ত পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
• রোগীদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র, আন্তরিক ও পেশাদার আচরণ করা।
• চিকিৎসক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
• ল্যাব সংক্রান্ত রেজিস্টার, স্টক ও প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র হালনাগাদ রাখা।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
• স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে মেডিকেল টেকনোলজি (ল্যাবরেটরি) বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা

অভিজ্ঞতা
• ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার, হাসপাতাল বা ডায়াবেটিস সেন্টারে ল্যাবরেটরি কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য।
• নতুন প্রার্থীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন যদি দায়িত্বশীলভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকে।

Job Description – Marketing Officer
Position: Marketing Officer

Department: Marketing & Patient Services
Reports To: Associate Director / CEO
About the Organization
Birganj Diabetes & Foot Care Center is a patient-benefited and charitable healthcare organization committed to providing affordable, compassionate, and quality diabetes management and diabetic foot care services for the community.
Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the services of the center, increasing community awareness about diabetes prevention and treatment, maintaining relationships with patients and healthcare partners, and supporting the organization’s charitable healthcare mission.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the center’s diabetes and foot care services in the local community.
Organize health awareness campaigns, free screening programs, and community outreach activities.
Develop and distribute promotional materials (leaflets, posters, banners, social media content, etc.).
Maintain good communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and local organizations.
Support patient registration and follow-up activities when required.
Assist in managing the center’s Facebook page, website updates, and other digital marketing activities.
Collect feedback from patients and prepare simple marketing and activity reports.
Build positive public relations to enhance the reputation and charitable image of the organization.
Work closely with the management team to achieve patient service and awareness goals.
Qualifications
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in healthcare, diagnostic center, pharmacy, or hospital marketing will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Internet, and social media use.
Ability to travel locally for promotional and community activities.
